We are a small friendly business in the town of Jalón, on the Costa Blanca. Jalón is famous for its saturday flea market along the riverbed and of course for the delicious wine that the local grapes produce.

As a builders company Cases Xaló SL. have over 2 generations of building experience, and can provide estimates, with no obligation, for any build works, large or small. We work closly with all authorities to ensure that all our building work is completly legal. We work with many of the local architects, townhalls, builder's merchants, plumber's, electricians to ensure the build work from the design to the paperwork is completed locally and therefore, if there are any queries we can solve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Manuel Pulido, one of two owners of the business, oversees all the building work and is'nt afraid to jump in and get his hands dirty.

The office is run by Antonio Pulido and Emma-Peta Jones.
Antonio Pulido is one of the owners of the company and is a qualified estate agent. A spanish local means he makes sure that whatever service is being provided the client's wishes are seen to. He offers un biased advice on building and properties, and speaking english means that many of the local ex-pats, as well as locals, seek his professional advice.
Emma-Peta Jones is a young brit, fluent spanish speaking. A qualified estate agent and a friendly attitude makes her very approchable. Again, ex-pats seek her advice on a daily basis from solving problems, booking appointments, viewings, selling or buying property to renting.
