Our villa is about 40 mins from the nearest golf course. The property is 40 mins inland. We may consider renting from August 2009 if the house hasn't sold by then. The price of the rental will be €500 per month plus bills. The property will be furnished and has air conditioning, Sat TV in both the main house and seperate guest unit and internet broadband.
