As it is situated on the coast there is a vast array of beaches within easy walking distance of the apartment. Lo Pagan and San Pedro Del Pinatar are the nearest local areas which are within easy walking distance of the complex. on this holiday you can party or relax, make new Spanish and English friends. The complex has a Communal swimming pool (for residents only) with children's area and a Jacuzzi for use between May and October. Roof solarium with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the salt lakes. Barbecue facilities are also available on the roof solarium. Restaurant/bar with a 3 course meal for around 11 Euros (approx. £7)

Kitchen: Fridge, washing machine, linen, freezer, oven, 4 ring stove, kitchenette, hob, grill, toaster, cooking utensils etc.
Living Rooms: The open plan kitchen/diner & living areas are fully furnished to very good standards. Amenities include TV, DVD, radio/CD player, dining table, double sofa bed, air-conditioning, heating. Off the living room there is a sun terrace

There are many restaurants/ bars nearby, both Spanish and English. Supermarkets, banks etc within easy distance of the apartment.
